An ancient deity/God reincarnated as a homeless person who uses his/her powers to help the people around him/her and gets in trouble with other deity/God for using his/her powers. This ancient deity/God is breaking the rules by using his/her powers in helping others when the rules for a deity/God is to not interfere supernaturally with the lives of mortals. The series will introduce other deity/God that have different powers and exists throughout the ages as different deity/God throughout different cultures.

REFLECTION:

Based on a Chinese Folklore of Li Tieguai, a mythological figure that is an immortal god/deity who helps the poor, sick and needy. He is often depicted as a disheveled beggar who is often drunk and fights for the oppressed as well as heals the sick. Here we retell the story in a modern setting with a diverse cast and characters to internationalize the story by combining different mythologies and stories from different cultures. The entire series will be stories about how the beggar who turns out to be an ancient deity/God is helping people around him with his powers which he is not supposed to do.
