Step #1 - Draft a Business Plan for your new media company. Be as comprehensive as possible, including all of the elements discussed to date: mission statement, market research, jurisdiction, legal structure, name of company, management structure, production slate, possible ancillary/spin-off business, merger and acquisition strategies, marketing and branding specifics.
REFLECTION:
This is the culmination of everything that I will be doing next. over the course of the entire program, I am truly grateful to everyone especially Neal for convincing me to take part in this wonderful graduate program. As I begin with doubts in my mind on whether I could actually achieve my goals to my current feeling of excitement and certainty on the path I have chosen and goals that I am setting out to achieve.
